I grossed about 32k year one. About 6 months on reserve and a few months of relief lines. I never picked up OT and ultimately tried to avoid flying except for the last month (needed to buy Christmas presents). I've heard of guys getting off rsv quick and making 50-60k their first year. I think that's possible but you'd have to live in base and work a lot.
