I suppose you can call it upgrade killing if the "capturing" of roughly 900 AT Cptn seats (with the subsequent AT downgrades to go with it), stapling of over half of the AT FOs, and average jump of 8% relative seniority while the other side lost an average of 22% with as high as 33% is "upgrade killing" in your book.
