I'm off to G7 as a direct entry CA. $15,000 in bonuses and I kept all 6+ years of longevity for pay. That's $81/hr at G7 CA pay. It's a risk, but much less than staying at ASA/XJT.

Best of luck. Did you see the Gojet thread where they had money withheld from their paychecks in December? Do you get that bonus on day one? Just saying you may want to call in sick here your first two weeks of training over there rather than quit just in case. Good luck either way.
