The dude is going to double his pay and get tpic time. Also, he will be getting away from a company that will be close to closing its doors. At 6 years at L-asa, he might be back in the fo reserve area when all the planes are parked this year depending on how many on the bottom bail.
*** makes you think g7 will be around in 2 years? There are at least 5 other regionals that would be a giant step up. That fool is going to risk his career for go jets. It's a lot harder to wash out as a new FO than a new CA.
If he/she doesn't pass CA check ride then what?
You get hired as an FO at a better regional upgrade in 1-3 years and flow/guaranteed interview to mainline. Do you even read go jets board?
