Yikes. Not looking for a brawl Whack, sorry to hit a nerve. Please re-word to say 'An' upgrade-killing merger. By your tone it's clear you agree that mergers rarely go well for 1 group, or another. It's seldom that both sides are happy. That's all I'm trying to illustrate; not picking sides and not trying to re-open that emotional bucket of worms. FWIW I understand your sentiments, it's happened to me. Twice. Few of us get through this career without a turn over the barrel.
