Got my W2 the other day, $22,500 plus per diem. New hire, late March 2016. Knew it'd be a pay cut for a few years but damn!!
Just for perspective, hired same time at SW. 565 block, worked 15 days a month on reserve. $66k not including per diem. New hires now will hit 70-90k first yr.
I only flew 3 extra days. Could've flown more but time at home was more important
