you should have no problem getting 35 hrs every month.
this past month and Dec most of us got a lot more with the holidays and bad WX days in LA.
I have not had a reserve stretch where I didn't get at least one turn.

you will most likely get some ready reserve
it has been 50/50 for me if they use me on ready
