if they update the UPA and build pure SC lines and pay >80 hours I'm all for it... but the broken payroll system as it exists now already allows RSV to earn upwards of 80s based on seniority. I know the contract says 75 hours for pure SC lines but that is not worth an entire month of SC assignments IMO.
It might be worth it if they sweetened the pot...increase the minimum number of days off and eliminate moveable days. We had it at ATA...short call lines got a few hours more pay and min days off was 16 vs 14. They ran a global airline and it cost them big bucks if hey ASKED to move your days off.
