If one was going to be senior in a new hire class, bidding the MD would offer a good perspective of the international AND domestic schedules offered at UPS. I will admit that the domestic stuff done by the MD is very easy compared to B757 and A300, and most of the intl flying is better than the B767, FWIW

The downside to being on the MD is that the progression up the seniority list in the seat is SLOW and painful as senior FOs from other fleets figure out that its not a bad lifestyle.
