I just compared notes last week with a 10+ UPSer who was furloughed from United. We looked at pluses/minuses (all aspects, big or small) of a couple different legacies vs UPS. 10 years ago with mergers/bankruptcies/furloughs, it was an easy choice.

Pay/A fund/benefits have been far greater at UPS the last 10 years. QOL not so much. With the pay being about equal now at the legacies, most of the guys I know would stay at their legacy if given the choice today.

There has to be an underlying reason for pilots today besides the grass is greener. Someday, they'll realize it's because the grass is on the septic tank.
