Either way every airline is seeing less total pilots interested and filing out apps because there are less total pilots. Period!
Correct. The window is still open, but they have already started calling people for interviews.
The last app cycle we got about ~3000 applications, will be interesting to see how many we will get this go around and how many are actually qualified and competitive.
