1) Is it possible to get hired without any previous 121 time?

2) I'm wondering if it is worth it to pay to go to the FAPA meet and greet with Allegiant with my current times (less than 3,000 TT).

I also have one year left in my contract with my employer but am just wondering if getting "face time" with the recruiters will help me at all.

Thanks!

Because you asked, I would say if you have a year to go on your contract I would just sit tight until you have a few months left on it. A lot can change for you and the companies you are interested in between now and then so you might as well just enjoy your time away from the interview desk (although now you can tighten up that resume and logbook so they'll be ready to go later)
