Bonus is 10% of your base pay x 100 to 200%. we usually get about 160%. You can look to get a 3% raise every year if they approve it and they approved this year. Pension and 401k contribute up to 6% match. I think if you want to be close to the house and don't want to deal with the airline lifestyle it will be good a fit.
