I had one sponsor internally, non-pilot type.
No job fair. I was active for well over a year, not even sure when I made it active...

Amy (the other half of hiring) said when she pulls data from PC, she then is looking at who's had their applications on there for a while and stayed active.... We had a guy in our group with 2+ years as well.

Her words....
- stay in a jet, stay flying
- update at LEAST once a month
- Get some new stuff to add on there (volunteer, new responsibilities, new causes, new fun)...... She seemed to indicate volunteering might be worth more points than some others but thats just my opinion.
