Hi all, just looking for some opinion on making career changes in the current climate. Looking at making a career change after almost 5 years in at my current company. The truth is that, although grateful and excited over the opportunity, I'm also thinking of keeping my number one choice as a goal for another couple years. I personally think too many changes raises red flags and would be a reason for a company to not want to hire you. Perhaps that is different now in this current climate of hiring though?
