13 unfilled captain slots on the 145 from what I gather. Any new hires coming in with 1000 121 will upgrade instantly. Short on captains.

One of you are...not accurate. Either there were open slots or there weren't. Obviously can't be both. Which is it? Are folks with 1000 121 upgrading right away or not? If there were 13 open slots, why did mm1989 not get one?
