What happens with unfilled Captain slots?
Does that mean cancelled flights, or does that mean longer hours for those that are PIC already?
Do they plan far enough ahead that it means they know to release seat locks to fill them in coming bids?
Does it mean they slow down Jet deliveries?
If they get too many captains, can they put a captain in the right seat?
