Well if they would get the Dec class in the sims anytime soon then they would have several guys who are able to upgrade immediately. Or if they would change the requirement to complete OE prior to upgrading and just send the guys who have the prior 121 time directly to CA training (I know this isn't possible bc they aren't certified for DEC I believe, but maybe they should look into getting that certification)
