J.N himself knows the deal. If you get behind on pilot training, it will take a very long time to get caught up. Indigo loses money if we can't staff planes. Indigo dislikes losing money. If J.N has the indigo bean counters convinced of 1 thing, its to not get behind on the pilot training.
Or I'm completely wrong and it's hire like crazy till the day you furlough, just like the legacies.
