I don't totally understand how all of this works, what are the "needs" of FO's on the PHL 145? In other words, at what point will the "no reserve" go away. (Which sounds as suspicious as snake oil) but was touted in the interview as we'd have little to no reserve. Obviously with airplanes continuing to join, this changes the answer virtually day-to-day.
It's simple. We are having growing pains. Our training department is built for 25 new hires per month. We are getting new 2/3 jets per month now and don't have the surplus of pilots that you need for a healthy RESERVE.
