Don't know for sure but it would seem logical that an immediate rejection might mean the computer rejected it, and a delayed rejection might mean that a human rejected it.

Maybe someone else can offering a different experience, but from the guys that I have talked with and my own experience that is not the case. Typically, you either get the interview invite very quickly or it takes a while, if ever, for the reject email. If you get the reject email quickly it usually means there was something wrong, such as not meeting minimums.
