I don't think upgrade will be that short for much longer. I think they've hired all the guys they will need to upgrade already. COOs growth plan had the pilot group topping out around 1000 +/- 100. How many guys are on property currently? Your only hope of a quick upgrade is take a very junior base but I still think anyone hired in the last few months or later will be sorely disappointed with the length of upgrade.
