You were speaking of FOs being uncomfortable flying with Captains with less time than them.

I replied that the majority of Captains have over 10,000 TT.

Many of us came here after one or more other airlines... and many of the Captains here have been on property before 2010.

I feel it should be made clear that most Captains at Allegiant have earned their stripes.
