I eventually dropped one of those trips by giving it away and made the rest weekday trips. Then I dropped another day to the company. I actually had to call payroll to tell them to pay me on the 5th because I am going to pick up from open time.
If you are senior you can have your cake and eat it too. Plenty of 12 day pure weekday lines in the March bid package.
When you say dropped, do you mean someone picked up your trip? Do other folks pick up trips via TTGA very often? Also, wondering if you can actually "drop" trips via ELITT, and if picking up trips in ELITT pays better than picking up via TTGA. Basically, can you drop pairings at any point, or is it more you must give it away with another pilot or trade with the company for something similar to what you have?
Talking with UAL and DAL it sounds like they can actually just drop pairings to the company, which seems wild. Didn't know if there was any way that happens with SWA, not considering the overlap wizardry. Thanks!
