Is "training freeze" the same as "seat lock"? (Or, the two year period when you are locked into the same aircraft?)
During the interview, they told me if the captain upgrade dropped below the two year period on the CRJ side that ERJ FO's will have a chance to upgrade (from the ERJ to the CRJ) per their seniority (regardless of the plane they were flying) before the seat lock period was over.
