Fuel cost went up? Think it might have something to do with running the APU all the time and two engine taxis, not shutting down one at the gate until external is hooked up. Idiots.
Cost per seat mile raised due to salaries, not our salaries that's for sure. Maybe managements 50% increase in bonuses to themselves.
