Pay was NEVER an issue until CCS. We never had to check it because it was spot on with one single screen on Unimatic that showed all changes and the initials with timestamp of who did it and why. I agree that CCS/CMS is too work intensive and needs to be made more transparent or presented in an easier to read format. After 18 years of using it, it's great to see some improvements being made at the instance of ALPA (i.e. new pay register, pay claim/"offerings" tracking and emails, etc.).
However, in your own reply I think you confirmed what I said. While you had one screen in the old system, you still saw the changes that were made and reasons along with the resultant pay implications. I assume that allowed you to verify the pay was correct. I don't care what system the company ever decides to go to for scheduling, pay, etc., but no matter what it is I will still verify I'm being paid correctly.
