The toxic Atlas environment just took another step backwards.

Today, Atlas pilots are getting sued by our bosses because they don't want to continue section 6 contract talks that legally started before the acquisition of Southern Air. I don't care how they try to spin it, bottom line is they want to force an arbitration to prevent me from voting on our next contract. Are they that afraid of our vote and desire for an industry STANDARD contract? Yes they are because they want to throw a little money at the problem, put lipstick on the pig of a contract and not fix the major issues we have problems with.

Well, our pilots are already voting... with their feet.
