Atlas has been in business for 25 years. The pilots have been allowed to vote on a contract exactly once. Think about that. Just once in two & a half decades. Now making 45-60% less than industry standard contracts - with work rules that are blown away by even most regional airlines.
This looks like the corporate version of CFIT. No situational awareness due to intentional inattention.
I can only imagine the phone calls from customers & shareholders when the planes stop moving due to the exodus.
