I just flew with the Chief Pilot, he felt we would need to hire 100 guys this year. In addition, another check airman I’m currently flying with thought we would need anywhere between 125 to 150 given the number of guys that are leaving the company.
I think with the new pay increase etc., the exodus may slow right down. With the fleet increases planned for this year I think 125 is probably realistic. Be interesting to see if the school house can keep pace!
