Enough is enough already.
Again, the company is under no pressure to reach a deal. They're simply not in a hurry.

-Planes are moving uninterrupted from A to B.
-Trips are easily being covered as pilots stumble over themselves for WDOs, MUPs and JAs.
-June was a failure due to greedy individuals (including some union reps too!). That shows disunity.
-For every pilot that leaves for a legacy, there are three other regional/corporate guys lined-up begging for a free A320 type-rating and free admission to Tequila Rock.
-SAVE is doing relatively fine. The BOD is pretty happy with status-quo, but would to love to see lower costs. Guess who is expected make that happen with increased productivity?
-The pilot group in general seems bogged down and not engaged (tell me again what percentage of eligible pilots voted in the recent 109's election??).
-75% of the FO's I fly with want to leave, so they can really care less.
-The union leadership still seems to think Bendo and Co. are our partners and can be reasonable (didn't Bumbling Bob's statement yesterday about a "cost neutral" contract not ring a bell?!)
-Our CASM is very low and margins way up there. They want to keep it like that as long as possible.
-We haven't even entered the "economic sections" of negotiations. Who thinks that's gonna go well?

If we're all waiting for a pilot shortage...we'll be waiting for a long time. Keep sucking on your thumb watching everyone else get new CBA's and nice retro/profit sharing checks.
