And others to FedEx, UPS and Delta.... I know at least 3 "mid-level to senior" captains that are about to turn in their resignations. But the company doesn't care. Actually, they love it. They'll get rid of 10 year captains and upgrade 3 year guys at a much lower hourly rate to do the exact same job. Then hire the regional/corporate/CFI folks that got rejected elsewhere to take their place. Its a win-win for the company. Hope you captains are ready to do IOE for free...
