As the Alaska guy above said, their idea of growth is seats and not necessarily airframes. This year the primary growth vehicle is the EJet just by sheer numbers alone.
I have to echo OCCP. If you're brand new not on the list yet, why come here? If you want SEA or ANC try Delta or FedEx/UPS. PDX is about the only unique base. And all 3 legacies have an LAX base that is starting to actually go junior. I've been at VX for 5 years now and if AA/DL/UA call and successful interview, I'm gone. A little while ago I would not have made that statement but today it's a different story.
