This. ^^ If anyone thinks we're getting a contract by the end of this year, they're delusional. It's taken over 2 years to get through the NON-ECONOMIC sections of the contract, and they're STILL not done.
How long will it take when we actually start getting down to brass tacks? We can all keep dreaming though.
