I loved how our low tier management team put the blame on the union during the earnings conference call. Basically saying that the union requested mediation and that slows the process down.
These idiots and JA wasted a year of bargaining only to get nowhere. Then after not making any headway, we had no choice and requested mediation just so we could start the clock on these morons.
