Everyone has a different place to draw a line in the sand and the end of the summer is mine. It's tough with a family to make that kind of move but I should have my house in order by then to take the first year pay cut. I understand the sooner than later argument but this is the best I can do. I will however start applying next month and hopefully have something to consider by the end of summer or fall.
