How long will it take when we actually start getting down to brass tacks? We can all keep dreaming though.
The Judge is correct. Anyone who thinks we are getting a TA without either going on strike or being 30 seconds away from being on strike is kidding themselves. Ask yourself if we will be at that point by the end of 2017. I doubt it. Its going to be a long low paying road to a new contract. Every day the company waits the economy could crash or something else could happen where they can claim they can't afford to pay us. Combine that with the possibility of having this drag out endlessly until we are almost there then having the merger happen and having to start all over again and you can see its going to be awhile.
