If you like it there stay. If you don't, leave. But what are the FO's in this thread *****ing about? NetJets FO's make the highest percentage of Captain pay bar none. Yeah, the inversion sucks and GLC FO's should make more after 14, but there are a very small number effected by that. Do you honestly believe things would be so much better if you could just upgrade? It's the same crappy job with a little more money, that is all.
The list of things I didn't like about working for NetJets is too long to write out. It is clear that NJASAP and NetJets pilots will never demand, and NetJets will never provide the work rules and compensation that NetJets pilots deserve.
So quit your *****ing and leave. I left a position maxed out on the smaller aircraft Captain pay scale and factoring retirement will make the same average daily rate in my second year as an FO. You read that right, my second year. Literally everything about my new job is better, some things much.
And for the demographic some of you disparage, most of the calls I get from people who interview and are hired are in that demographic. NetJets has a lot of great FO's, but unfortunately their first time interview success rate has not been as good.
