I said it when I left and I'll say it again. If you're a Captain at NJA you're sitting pretty good. Great benefits, descent pay, schedule, vacation, etc. However, if you're an FO and don't live in Kalispell, MT then I'd be looking somewhere else. I hear SWA is starting to pluck NJA FO's.
