I think it would be far worse to have union guys making back door deals in exchange for special favors, as opposed to exercising their contractual right to get in line for overtime just like everybody else on the standing available list.
Seeing as this is an anonymous forum, you should go ahead and name the LEC or committee. Making a vague statement in addition to hiding behind anonymity isn't cool.
