People Make Lateral moves for varied reasons, be it location, Chasing the upgrade or what ever but Like I said before SKYwest is Still Just a REGIONAL and like all of the other Regional even the Wholly owned are subject to the handouts they give us, Until we get over this infighting the Race to the Bottom will remain, dont think that because Skywest is non union and by that I dont mean ALPA that you are immune from Mismanagement, for the most part Skywest is a Business and employees are just Numbers to the bean counters, If DAL or United determine that skywest rates are too high they will look to others with lower rates to fly for them ie LR.
