Army Pilot to Air Force Pilot Transfer
Not sure about ISTs, but there have been several army helo guys going through FWQ/UPT in the last 5 years. Most ETS from the army and join the ANG. So no IST required. Pretty much the same as going AD AF to ANG as far as getting hired, but with an ARB and personnel paperwork game switching both components and services and converting everything over to fit in the AF squares.
