Hi everyone....a little off topic. If someone has attended a WAI conf, pls tell me what goes on there & is it worth attending if I am flying in half way across the world. Fast Pass only applies to certain companies like United and Delta, and even when it comes close to your turn you still have to wait in line. You get a certain number of fast passes based on what kind of ticket you buy (1 day, 3 days, etc), and even then you have to "win" your preferred companies.
Frontier just does a booth with a couple of recruiters to go over your resume and have a nice chat with you. If there's a line at all, it'll probably just be one or two other people. Chances are you can just walk right up. If they like you, that's good and you'll probably hear something.
Basically you get little mini interviews with recruiters. They ask about you, and why you want to work at Frontier. A bit of prep goes a long way.
