Our contract, such as it is, is a collective bargaining agreement not an individual contract of employment. We are employees, not contractors. Think about that when you are pressured to waive the contract or consider waiving the contract.

I get what you're trying to say. But we all know this company isn't so easy to work with. Heck there are other regionals in the northeast that won't take your pay away for denying a two hour extension. Because it's safer that way. AWAC is not that kind of company anymore, if it ever used to be. They've tried to threaten me into working 7 days straight. Unfortunately for them, I do have a life when I'm not lurking on APC
