Hey, I'm currently flight instructing and doing a little bit of part 91 charter. I'm beginning to look at regionals to apply at. I'm up in the air between Eagle and Air Wis and just trying to get more information.

As far as Eagle goes how's the quality of the job overall?
What is the likelihood of getting PHL as a base working for Air Wis?

The pay at both places is about even and they both seem to have their perks...If the economy stays good will Eagle's upgrade times really drop to 4 years? And what is Air Wis current upgrade time?
