One of the best reasons to work at Netjets is because you want to live in Indianapolis, Birmingham, Albuquerque, etc and not have to commute. For people who live in major metropolitan areas, the value of not commuting can be negligible.

If you have kids and don't want to move or commute, go to NetJets.
If you want to live in a log cabin North Dakota, go to NetJets.
If you want to live downtown in a major city with 3 roommates, go to Netjets.

It cuts both ways.
