I dont get where the company wins. If they force contract, pay stays low, they **** everyone off in the process, their pilots leave and it will get harder and harder to recruit and fill planes with qualified pilots.

Because in all realitiy who's coming here but the lowest qualified pilots that will be left in the industry?
At some point the scales will tip and training dept will not be able to keep up with their demand.
