You should be able to get hired at most regionals...you might need to CFI a little to get 100 or so recent hours for some companies. You might also be able to get hired at some regionals if you undertake an agressive currency program (IPC, BFR, 10 sim hours, 10 hood hours, or something like that). Unfortunately after the first 1500 hours, additional ASEL time doesn't count for too much.
Night cargo might be an option...they are probably having trouble finding pilots, since regionals are hiring well below 135 mins.
Fractionals generally require turbine time.
