I can never figure out what places are looking for in crews. I keep hearing about low time guys getting on and even they don't know how they did it. Also college educated? Could be they see you as a flight risk. The most important question you answer at your next job fair/ interview is "do you have your app in at [insert legacy]? What will you do if they call?"
