Anyone within 5 or so years of ret need not pay, they won't be around for the next contract. Many hate the unions so much even if they have 20 yrs left they will leave. This will be bigger then NAI as the effect will be felt immedialty on the books of the union. Less money = less power.


And FDX ALPA/ the IPA won't have people leaving?
